Standard Compressed Air Refrigeration Gas Dryer

The Features:

• Calculated by experts, the designing parameter of refrigeration and air system has been left 20% room;
• The pipeline system makes use of zincification inside and gapless steel tube, and its working pressure is 0.2~5MPa;
• By using stainless steel pipeline, it is acid proof, alkali proof and corrosion-resisting, so it is available in the field of medicine and food industry;
• About air heat exchanger, it uses the corrugated steel outside and inside, in order to extend scope of refrigerating capacity, make the regaining temperature better and no frost;
• The evaporator makes use of hydrophilic thin wall violet steel tube aluminum fin, the turbulent flow is beneficial to the high efficiency of heat exchanging;
• The shutter-style air and water separator has the function of collision and centrifugal effects, so that the efficiency of segregating water is beyond 98%;
• Different kinds of controlling line (single, integrated, joint controlling, PC board and transducer etc.) are suitable to the meets of customers;
• The main opponents belong to world-famous brand, and assure the lifetime of 3~5 years;
• Outside rotor inlet cooling fan can supply large wind , low noise and has long life;
• The bearing opponents is designed , made and examined according to international standard GB151-99, and leaves factory with certification;
• Water condenser is low fin copper tube, with slow water flow, many strokes and no special requirement of water quality, and no dirty after long-time using;
• Water drainage automatically is designed based on customers’ meets, and can dry water and save energy;
• Over electrical current, over load, high cooling medium/low pressure show/protection, it can choose the temperature of inlet gas, outlet gas and water, high/low air pressure and dew point protection;
• It uses Armstrong bubble burning-preventing and heat-insulating material and the cooling capacity release less;
• The protecting grade of compressor is IP54 (dirty-proof and splash-resisting)
