Introduction


DY-Gas-Dryer, driven by hot water, belongs to the category of gas cooling and drying, and is researched and developed for the main purpose of drying gas before its flowing into machine. The cooling mode is realized through the theory of solid adsorption refrigeration. Adsorption refrigeration is one of heat energy refrigeration technology. DY-Gas-Dryer can utilize the exhaust heat (98~120degC) from machine as power, so it is energy economizing and applicable. It can match with machine well and dry gas for it.


The Characteristics


Use the hot water or steam of machine as power: DY-Gas-Dryer 600 is powered by heat energy without oil or electricity as main power. The heat energy over 90 deg. C, including hot water, steam, oil, surplus heat and waste water in industry can achieve refrigeration effectively.

Safety: DY-Gas-Dryer 600 without moving part in ammonia system can minimize the relative possibility of ammonia leakage .In most parts, antiseptic stainless steel is utilized. DY ammonia safety unit will close the whole system automatically and start the safety protection program, in case of leakage and unsafety of the system,

Compact in structure and beautiful in appearance: The heat eliminating form of DY-Gas-Dryer is fan-cooled. The heat radiator is set around generator groups, so it can save room and beautify the appearance of the unit.

Convenience in use and simple in installation: It is auto-controlled and no need of professional people .The dragging unit core can be separated from the shell, so the installation and maintenance become easier.
