A-series Heatless and Regeneration Adsorption Gas Dryer

Designing Feature:

It changes pressure and adsorb with advanced idea of design, simple and reasonable structure, small energy consumption;
Short term adsorption cycling works under the condition of the same temperature. It keeps 100% adsorption heat; the effect of adsorption naturally is good;
The period of cycling can be determined according to different condition, and make 10( or 4) min;
By calculating of heat energy and irrigation works, the assistance of tower bed is small. The contacting time between air flow and adsorbent is above 5 seconds;
The filling amount of adsorbent is plenty so that the dew point of the outlet air is lowest;
It makes use of all electrical and control programmatically;
It works correctly and stably, and has alarm of power failure. It leaves 15 minutes to stop power;
It makes use of zincification and rust-preventing in tube, and keeps 10 years from rusting;
The valve of inletting gas and regenerating is four-valve structure, works reliably. These valves can operate 500thounds times;
It chooses the type of valves perfectly and keeps maintained on the spot and change very feasibly and conveniently;
It makes use of two-way adjusting valve to keep regenerating air flow stable
The humidity amount of regenerating air flow keeps sub saturated;
It remains low load and energy saving.
