DY CHPC Heat Recovery System

is applied to tri-generation, we name it as CHPC (combined heat, power and cold). CHPC is one of good solutions to utilize energy scientifically. Based on central heat supplier system whose heat comes from tri-generation, DY Adsorption Refrigeration System is added to produce cold and to fulfill various cold needs in the meantime when power is generated and heat is provided. CHPC makes full use of low-class surplus heat discharged by thermal power plant simultaneously with generation and refrigeration, raises energy utilization rate, and therefore is the system to use energy efficiently. It greatly reduces energy consumption as well as abating pollution of waste heat.

Characteristics of CHPC Heat Recovery System:

  1. Prominent characteristics of CHPC are energy saving and environment protection. It uses various forms of waste heat and surplus heat at temperature above or on >=20°C and adopts ammonia as refrigerant to obtain refrigeration with efficiency. Especially during the operation of small or middle sized power plants with capacity ranging from 30KW to 200KW and fuel batteries, DY Adsorption Refrigeration System can recover 30%~40% of energy. It achieves recovery of waste heat, economizes on electricity to refrigerate, and also conduces to improvement of atmosphere and promotion of living standard of people.
  2. Compared with those tri-generation taking Lithum-bromide refrigeration or ammonia-water absorption refrigeration, CHPC can fulfill various requirements of freezing and cooling, even provides heating by attaching some equipment.
    1. CHPC can provide cold with temperature from -25°C to18°C to cold storage, skating rink and air-conditioning, etc. Obviously, it can be more widely used than lithum-bromide refrigeration that only can provide temperature above 0°C.
    2. CHPC also can attain small refrigeration capacity besides large capacity. Moreover, CHPC is of simple structure and of low cost. It makes up deficiency of ammonia-water absorption refrigeration.
  3. CHPC with capacity as 12KW, 16KW and 20KW are available now. But we can design and produce those with capacity below 150KW to satisfy your specific wants.
  4. CHPC runs quiet and is ease to operate. Large sized DY Adsorption Refrigerator Units are almost the combination of heat exchangers. CHPC has no moving parts except solution bump with small horsepower, no liberation and no noise. It is of reliable functions, easy maintenance and automatic control.
  5. Much safer: when system does not work, refrigerant is completely adsorbed by DY adsorbent, and there is no liquefied ammonia in the whole system.
